Description
I think we lose Buchnevich this year to clear cap space to avoid a cap penalty at the end of the year. Trading Smith would be the ideal situation however I doubt anyone is out there looking to help the Rangers. Thus it would probably cost the Rangers a 1st round pick which isnt worth it. Either way, Buchnevich is at the moment the odd man out on the right side between Kakko and Kravtsov.

    Its not a matter of if, its a matter of they absolutely need cap space when the year ends, about 7m worth of cap space.

    Gotcha. I just don't see why they like Howden. I think if he doesn't improve this year he's gone.

    Was one if the main reasons why I randomly chose him. Hes not totally useless. He also excellent on draws.
