Then, mtl needs to get a left d to play with weber, not sure edler is the best option but vancouver need to fire their gm and actually accept a rebuilt!

Actually u might be right on edler trade... Has he decline a lot? Emelin is still a decent player, and i was ready to give up on sherback but he seem to improve this year so i would wait a bit until thendeadline and if the progression is real, than i would not trade him. That eing said, the market for real good left d will be very thin and mtl will have to overpay... Any idea of a left d u would target and what would it cost?

I know I'm right on Edler trade. Edler sucks, he's soft and not as mobile as people think. Trading Scherbak a first and a third is massive overpayment. I would call Anaheim for fowler. Scherbak Emelin and a 1st for Fowler.
