it actually doesnt if a team is needing to push money out ..... its more than dollar for dollar Ekblad is owed 31 million dollars , something Florida doesnt wanna pay. Maybe it is Sandin and not Liligren but whoever is saying Nylander plus is missing the entire point of this off season and what teams are willing to do to save money.

The Panthers don’t “need” to push money out, there is no mandated internal cap..that’s from Zito himself. Guys like Huberdeau and Ekblad are available if a team is willing overpay if not they won’t be traded.
