I may be in the minority here but as serviceable as Strome was, his point production was mostly due to his linemates. He is not that good a player, a 3rd liner on most playoff teams.

Agreed but I rather they just play him with Panarin for one more year instead of them giving up assets for someone else. Let him play with Breadman, score another 50 points, sell high at the deadline, and go from there...

Arbitration doesn't care about linemates. They look at points and playing time.

They gave Cody Ceci 4.3M for 26 points and high ice time.

He won’t get 7 million on a 1 year deal tho. Re-sign him for a year, sell him as a rental, let whoever pay whatever for him as a UFA. Tic, tac, toe...
