Line 1:Yak has all the skills to explode as a sniper in the NHL but the talented kid from Sarnia has been stripped of the confidence to put those tools to use effectively. Yak corsi has improved year after year and with a strong shots/60 shows that a strong NHLer can still be salvaged. Lucic Mcdavid Yakupov is the smartest use of Yak.

Line 2: Pouliot Nuge Eberle. With Mcdavid's line helping with the heavy lifting Nuge's two way game should blossom on a strong 2nd line. This line has shown the ability to push the river on several occasions.

Line 3: Leon gravy train. This line should get the easy zone starts and the push to help Leon/Jesse succeed with Maroon to mentor and make room for the young offensive pair.

Line 4: some combination of who shows up and whats that 4th line spot the most.
