We're in the process of creating a Contract Database for our game, where all contracts will be stored in one single spreadsheet that can be accessible for all members of the game. GMs will now have the ability to look up any player's contract status and help keep order during trades, as well as auto-generate Free Agency lists for upcoming offseasons.
We need every GM (over the next week or so, if possible), to go to their team's tab on the below spreadsheet and enter in their player's contract data. Don't worry if you're unsure about some details - we will be auditing the team info as the data comes in. Any major discrepancies could result in fines. If you have any questions about formatting or anything about the sheet, throw a question in the ask BOG thread or send us a message on Twitter.
Update: For "AAV", put the contract's original value. If there is retained salary, you can add that under the retained salary columns. Consult the Example tab for formatting (Max Pacioretty applies to this format)
