Yeah but I think that's what it will take, and GMJR has done it in the past. I do feel like there are a lot of good winger targets out there, so hopefully GMJR stays patient and finds the right fit for the right price.

He was not, he had another year on his contract at the time. Same thing with Reaves, which was an awful trade. He made a comment on the athletic recently about how you don't move a 1st unless you are getting a player for multiple years so I really don't expect him to get into a bidding war for a rental when you can acquire a different rental for a reduced amount.

Rangers would laugh at Vegas's offer. Deangelo is on pace for 65 pts this year and his still an RFA. TDA's fit is a perfect fit for Vegas and NYR know that so it would take a serious offer to land him. Start with Peyton Krebs and work from there
