I don't know about the first round pick. Playerwise ,this works in favor or the Isles, but I see why you put in the 1st bc you are sending 2 minors.

As an Islanders fan, I sort of like this since is solves one or both of our problems? I just don't know about the pick and Holmstrom. While I don't mind sending Holmstrom, I have a feeling that there is a strong reason why Lou Lamoriello picked him 23rd overall, especially since Holmstrom was predicted to be selected in the 2nd round of the 2019 Draft.
