Yeah i know hes been great w Skinner but i think its time to let Mitts play with some better linemates and see how much he has improved since last year....if he can take a big step and produce in that 2C spot it could be the difference between playoffs or not

skinner can score 40-45 with eichel on the 2nd line hes gunna get like 30

reinhart can drive a line and can help 37 in the dzone

we have been money on the power play but 5v5 our underlying numbers arent great as soon as the pp gets a little cold things could start to fall apart

also u r being dramatic i changed lineup slots for 6 of the 12 forwards

What? have you even watched the games? Erod has been invisible and sobotka has been fine. Every line has great chemistry right now, theres no reason to mess with it.

I hate Sobotka with every fiber of my being but you're right. Erod has not been there. I wouldn't say Sobotka is fine though. He definitely needs to be replaced because he's bringing that line down. However no one has really stood out. I was hoping to see Lazar get a shot before he got sent down

Congrats you just put together a 3rd line that is mediocre at defense and horribly inefficient at scoring goals. By keeping Olof/Skinner separate, you can have 3 extremely efficient goal scoring lines. Keep Sheary/Mitts on that 3rd line. 4th line can score as well, just not as efficiently but they keep the pressure in the offensive zone.

Skinner is on pace for 42 as of now, on the "2nd" line as you say.

he was our 4th best forward last season to have sobotka in over him is just botterill trying to show the ROR wasnt a total loss he should be in the AHL. sobotka is literally one of the worst players in the NHL he is not a top 6 forward
