Why would SJ give up a rare first round pick for a Center when SJ needs right wingers desperately. Makes zero sense and gettin cobra back takes a spot away from Chmelevski and makes it too hard to sign Thornton...not happening.

Ottawa is looking to be in a rebuild, I don't see them giving up 3 first round draft picks to get one player, even if it means getting Matt Tkachuk

And cgy is not in a rebuild. Tkachuk is the next captain of the flames... trading him for draft picks makes as much sense as the oilers trading hall for a Larson tears of joy
