I agree with what you say in the description - trade Namestikov for anything. A 3rd and a 4th is two anythings and I cant see them getting that much back. To even get the 4th round pick I think they would have to retain a little.

The cap hit isn't too bad but it doesn't matter. It still counts against the cap. I don't think we'd get a 3rd+4th for Namestnikov @ 4M.
