Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Purely a hypothetical. Obviously some of the salaries would have been different at the time (Panarin making much less for example). And trades would have happened and such, but this is just a look at what could have been, though I know most fans of teams that aren't in big markets are glad there's a hard cap. I do think it's unfortunate that teams that draft as well as the Hawks did don't really have a way to keep their guys like in baseball and basketball, but nonetheless the Hawks got at least 3 Cups out of it so who can complain.
