The trade value for those two trades seem also accurate but considering it's OTT, a 4th pick from the 31th team might be too much.

What do you think BOS will do with Backes? He's on a no trade list for 8 team this year, and 15 teams next year* : if it's a trade, it might be better to trade him this year. But if you can just get rid of Miller and Nordstrom, maybe it'll just to be a buyout next year, or just run the full contract.

Backes has an 8 team trade list this year so it would be really hard to find a team willing to take him. Plus Sweeney will not be willing to give up a 1st rounder or good prospect just to get rid of him. The buyout options don't save very much either. I'm sure he'll still be on the team for at least this year. Next year it might be a little easier to find someone to take him for one year.
