Good looking lineup. Even if things go really well with the likes of Jost and Bura this year they will still have plenty of space to add a few million to those contracts. 6.5 for Girard might be high and 7.5 for Makar I can see but he would have to come in and be a beast from day 1 (hope that happens though). In any case Joe has done a masterful job of setting this team up for success and cap flexibility for the next decade+.

Thanks! This roster is assuming that Bura signs for 4 years at that cap hit this summer, so they'd still have 2 years left on the deal. I think $14M between Girard and Makar is fair, though the distribution may change a little bit. Also based on an $88M cap, which I'm estimating based on a small bump next year and a large one when Seattle joins.
