They have roughly 11 plus 5.3 from ltir {Horton}
I was think 4 mill to 4.5 to cece because he has arb rights
And than 10 mill to marner would roughly have 2 mil left which wouldn’t be enough and i don’t think they have much left to dump out

The thing is there planning to take cece which causes the problem
Kerfoot only a 3 mil player and I’m pretty sure Dubas would take a 2nd rather than overpay
If not this I could see a tanev and a third for cece and kerfoot deal
