Drafting corecting with realism.
At #5 and 22(Via 22)
At #5 If Byram falls draft him if not here are the best options in my opinion:
1) Dylan Cozens
2) Alex Turcotte
3) Kirby Dach
4) Matthew Boldy
With the 22nd pick
1) Spencer Knight-Even though we have quick he is getting older and he has had injury problems the last few years its concerning. Also we have Campbell (Who will be trade bait) and Cal Peterson who has looked good when he's played but we don't know how he would handle a #1 job. If he is the next best goalie, He would be a great pick if available.
2) Ryan Suzuki

I agree. The need a bottom 6 dman and Campbell would help lower Andersen's games each year

I don't think Canes even want Carter, much less in return for 2 3rds.

Supposedly a team in the top 10 wants Spencer Knight

Also this is totally blowing it up. Without Quick feels like this group would win 20 games. If they are complete trash, do Doughty/Kopitar/Brown ask out?

Also Doughty,Kopi and Brown all said they want to be here and all there Wife's/Girlfriends all love LA and I don't think if we tank for one year and trade contracts for younger prospects or picks will benefit us for the longer run.

Exactly. If they want to have a better chance of winning a chip, this would be the best way to do it. As we stand rn, We are slow and can't score but if we bring in these top picks and other picks and prospects this will help us a lot more then not doing anything.
