Description

Dallas is the logical place for Niskanen and Burakovsky. Stars need a 2nd pair vet RD to play with Hiskenen to help him grow. Bura has speed and real talent just needs a change of scenery. Hintz is a diamond in the rough, Honka has worn out his welcome in big D and worth a gamble as a RD. Mascherin is an undersized scorer at lower levels worth a gamble. Dallas gets a better D and potential secondary scoring. Caps dump salary, get younger and potential. Resign Connolly and Hagelin at reasonable contracts.

Not true. Stars RD suck below first pair. Bura has great speed and potential to be 25 to 30 goal scorer. Hintz had a good playoff but regular season unspectacular. Caps are taking a risk on younger players. Dallas needs someone better than snail Lovejoy to play with Hiskanen and secondary scoring. Check with the trade.
