Description
Trade Bobby to STL for Shattenkirk (retain 2mil of Ryan's salary. Ottawa gains a little bit of cap space, and improves on D. STL gets a 2nd line RW signed long-term who they only have to pay 5mil per year. Shattenkirk signing makes Ceci expendable, so he's traded for Eberle who takes Ryan's spot on the RW. Boedker is signed to replace MacArthur, who gets placed on LTIR.

      Hoff is a 1st line LW, and Pageau is an excellent 3rd C. MacArthur may have been 100% at the end of the season, but I'd be concerned he's only one good hit to the head away from a career-ending injury.
