    I could see keeping Holden over Redmond for the third D pairing but I worry Roy wouldn't be able to resist playing him in the 2nd pairing so I moved him to avoid the temptation

    completely agree.

    Keep Holden and put him on the third pairing (replacing Siemens), and don't resign Redmond at all.

    Bigras-Johnson
    Zadorov-Demers
    Beauchemin-Holden
    Gelinas-Siemens

    Still not sure if Bigras can handle top pair (he's only there because Johnson can cover his mistakes until he is more experienced).

    Another set of pairings could be:
