a) You'll need 2 more bodies and you cannot afford them in this roster view.
b) You're not getting Vrana for that little...at least $4M/annually.
c) Trading Niskanen this offseason is the only way the Caps have any flexibility to bring back Hagelin or Connolly...

Biggest problem is that you're about $1mm over the cap when you include the overages, and don't have a backup forward at all. So essentially $2mm over (aka Carl Hagelin) in this scenario.
