Just read a scout’s article on Suzuki (The Athletic) and he seems to have made huge progress this year. In that regard, I wouldn’t make that move from MTL. Just too much given (mid first pick, 1st line LW, A prospect)

Leon Draisaitl is arguably a top 10 player in the league right now so he's a non-starter for Edmonton

For a 90pts C age of 22yo... it worth it as we have plenty of good winger

I get your point, but cap space needs to be taken into consideration. That’s potentially 3 NHL players costing a lot less than one...
Kk looks like he’ll be a no 1 center in the near futur and Domi and Danault fit perfectly 2C and 3C.
We need more skills at W and most of all better D.

Then again, the Oilers almost traded Draisaitl (was a prospect at the time) and the 2016 fourth overall pick for Subban.

Oilers wouldn’t even consider that deal, I want nothing to do with Drouin.

Hate to break it to you but suzuki is a B+ tier prospect. A tier are elite level prospects while A- are high to medium top 6 While B+ are 2nd-3rd line players which suzuki is on pace for currently. This is a steal for montreal with this offer for drasatl being one of the best forwards in the game on one of the worst teams. There would still need to be more added for edmonton to begin thinking of the offer. NYR fan here so im not sure what montreal has to offer on top.

Suzuki is definitely A or A- prospects.
Just look at any recent lists and he’ll be near the top.
He is not Kravstov material, but he seems to have taken a huge step in his development this year

Domi would be great at wings as well and KK can be No2.

Draisaitl, Leon is a product of MCDavid, he got most of his points playing with McDavid. When he did play with McDavid he struggled.
