My thoughts:
No to Eberle, go for Skinner or Dzingel even if they cost a bit more.
Trade Cole rather than Johnson, despite the lesser return. Shift Timmins over to LD where he belongs, sort pairs however you like.
No need to sign Folin, or trade for Brodziak. Graves is impressing lately, and Kamenev should slot into the 4C slot if he can stay healthy.
Get what you can for Neito unless you want to keep him for insurance. Kaut should be pressing for 3RW, shifting JTC to 4C/W and Calvert the injury replacement as needed.
Would like to try to move Grubauer and have Frank be backup as well.

Couple things to counter what you've said: With Varlamov's history of injury and inconsistency it would be wise to keep Grubauer given they have the cap flexibility to do so. I think trading for a Brodziak type player is also super important; Kamenev obvisouly has more talent and offence but as a 4C a prototypical penalty killer who is defensively responsible is invaluable; he would be their go to defensive zone faceoff guy for a team that's other 3 centers listed above would be considered much more offensive options. I also think as a young D (an RH shot) it's important to give both Timmins and Makar the minutes on their strong sides which would make Johnson expendable in this case, Graves is good too so you could try and trade Cole as well but that's a tough sell with 2 years left on his deal.
