Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

1st thing: Let McCarron Walk he has not been good in MTL and is unable to play in today’s game.
Projection : ARZ Signs 650K 1 Year
2nd Thing: Don’t Overpay Reilly, he has looked pretty good this year but he is still not a top 4 D and that 2M-3M range is too much.
Projection MTL Signs 2Years at 1.5M
3rd: Don’t resigns these players: Ouellet,Thompson,Benn,Folin they are all useless
4th:Sign Poehling and Romanov both might be able to play in NHL next year but if they dont we don’t want to risk Poehling signing to another NHL team (2020 FA) and Romanov signing and long term deal in the KHL
5th: Trade Shaw:Shaw has looked great this year, injures have troubled him but he still has 24 points in 26 games. With Simmonds probably gone before the deadline they will need somebody to fill his agitator top 6/top 9 player. If they want to make a bounce back year. Shaw is the perfect fit.
6th: Don’t rush Suzuki he is small and should gain some weight before coming into the NHL
Projection: he will come into NHL in 2020-2021 Season
7th:Trade Hudon: HE NEEDS A CHANGE OF SCENERY
8th:Buy out Alzner we jsut need to
Projection WSH Signs 1 Year 700K , to try to rejuvenate his carrer.
9th:Sign Gardiner to make are D better
10th: Bring Markov back for 1 Year, his contract is done with his KHL team and did say that it didn’t mean he was done in MTL when he left. He could play beside Romanov and Mentor him.
11th : Idk what to do with Jullsen can I have some ideas in the comments

I like it it is a very realistic team and moves. However I feel Gardiner is going to sign for anywhere between 6-7 because he is a 50 pt defense man.

As for the fourth line id like to see Peca instead of Chaput because he is the better skater.

And for Juulsen probably put him in a package for a guy who has some term

Juulsen is interesting, he has almost no offensive upside but he is still young and could possibly be another shutdown like Tanev? I say we keep him, play him in the minors. In this case let Markov play the whole year on 3rd pair RHD and let Juuls come up when Marky is gone. Oullet is a good AHL player, remember the AHL team needs to be good too, not just NHL. Same thing with Folin.

I like the lines but I think its time to move on from Niemi, hes really not that great and Lindgren could be a great back up.
