Maybe if the oilers see where the pick is they might but I would switch Russell for Sekera. If the Oilers somehow luck out and get a top 3 pick it’s a guaranteed no.

Yes with the Oilers current position if they do trade it before the lottery I would assume they would have some sort of lottery protection.
