Signings:

Matthews: He has yet to play a full season without being injured. His production has been next level but until they make it deep in the playoffs I dont see him making more than Tavares.

Marner: Since he is a winger I believe that he will get somewhere between 8 and 9 million.

Myers: He would be an awesome pickup and since the Jets are going to be cramming in the cap as well they might not be able to sign him.

In terms of signings: Matthews for 10 mill per. I believe that this is a very fair price to pay for him. He has not done what mcdavid has but he has been a very good player (with a few health issues).
Marner for 8.5 mill: This is a fair price because he has been a very good player and he is still very young.
These young guys really havent won anything with the leafs yet. If they win a cup for Toronto during their contracts then their next contracts will be massive.
There is still 1.4mill in cap space which is more than enough to sign two players to league min contracts.
