Top 7 RHD in the league? Jones, ekblad, Doughty Karlsson, Burns, Ellis and Dumba off the top of my head..... Hamilton isn’t even the best RHD on Carolina....

I would put him somewhere around maybe top 40 in the league.

And yes, he is the best RHD in Carolina, maybe even the best D altogether
