Edmonton has three talented, young, offensive centres in McJesus, Draisaitl, and RNH.

Jets will have three talented, young, offensive LWs in Ehlers, Laine and Connor.

The Oilers have some talented LHD but lack RHD. Jets the opposite.

Calgary trade is just swapping bad contracts to positions of need.

I like the Calgary trade. If there was an expansion draft, wideman's salary would help towards exposed %.

Hard call on Connor. Kid would be hard to walk away from but rnh could blossom under a different environment. Interested to hear what Edmonton fans would think. Many may not be familiar with Connor.
