If it's a TDL and we are waaaaaaaaaay out of a playoff spot.. I wouldn't be mad at this. Means we need to develop more guys anyway so adding a couple more talented guys like that wouldn't hurt.

although I agree with you I would never want to trade Gallagher when Weber is gone he should be the captain

yeah I was kinda like no way at first but then I thought it through and we really have to start thinking a bout the future. As good as a start we had to the season, we're still not built for the playoffs and winning the cup.

also agreed. I don't want to see him go either but those 2 guys and all those draft picks.. hard to pass up. This probably isn't a realistic offer though anyway so I guess it doesn't really matter.

ya I mean that haul would be hard to argue with if it did happen but I just don't see it happening none the less I wouldn't want to see Gally go

Not enough value for Habs, Gally would get you more from other teams I think if he were to be traded (which I don't think would happen)

It's subjective. What I think Gauthiers and Beans value is could be different from others. For the fun of it, can you give me a hypothetical trade involving Gallagher and the possible return?

Sure it's possible. But I was hoping you'd be more specific. Which team can afford and feel that Gallagher will make such a big difference?
