I don't think they will move on from Johnson until they know they have a new #1 D-man for sure. Johnson is still their horse. I think in this case moving someone like Kamenev who has the skill and body to play w/ Mac & Mikko isn't a bad idea, let Landy anchor the 2nd line and spread the wealth. I agree on Bowers and love Shvyryov but I imagine with the numbers game they let him have a 2nd year in the A unless he explodes, that way he can step in when some of the contracts are up. Also, Saigeon in a overages in the O after already being good last year, he should be tearing it apart.
