Let's trade a top 4 RHD, the 12th pick from 2016, the 41st pick from 2016, and a 1st on a team that may be in the lottery this year for a guy we are going to play with travis zajac. This defense core would be worst in the nhl by a wide margin.

I like the pursuit of Nylander, i think that Leafs pass on this package as they are already heavily loaded in the top 6, and would not look to take on a 4 million dollar cap of Severson. I propose mueller, santini, prospect foward and first round pick for rights to nylander, and a conditional 3rd or 4th in return if Nylander signs multi year deal.
