PLEASE! This new method of moving players is cumbersome and definitely not very user friendly.

Armchair GM is drag and drop....

When I used it yesterday it wouldn't let me drag and drop. I had to keep clicking on the logo inside the players name to get a list of actions to pop up. I'll try it again today and hope that it was just a glitch or operator error on my part.

If this was at work it is possible it was blocked due to a work firewall
What browser and operating system are you using?

I'm with you! it won't let me drag and drop either! No firewall for me, I'm on my laptop at home using Safari.

Please try clearing your cache, this has worked for others

Thanks for the tips. Using at home with Chrome like I have for years. Drag and drop seems to work until I click on a player and perform a function from the drop down menu (move player to majors, position, etc). Then it stops allowing the drag and drop. I'll clear my cache and reboot to see if that changes anything.

Believe that is the bug! We will look into a fix. Just a simple refresh of the page should allow drag and drop to work again.
