I think Pacioretty would be really good for Tampa to add, as he adds some of the size that Tampa so desperately needed during the ECF and still hasn't really added. Players like Karlsson would create a genuine superteam (except that the price is ridiculous and the team collapses after a season or two, and we can still contend for a Cup without sabotaging our future), but Pacioretty fills one of the few actual holes the Lightning have. Having Erne back certainly helps as well. That being said, Tampa's not going to have many high draft picks over the next several years, and Katchouk is a player that has top six potential. We'd already be trading Joseph. I'm not sure what Montreal is looking for, but would this work if we give something like Coburn + Joseph + Stephens + 2020 2nd? Or maybe Coburn + 2020 1st + Yan + Stephens + 2020 4th or something?
Anyway, Callahan is the Lightning's best penalty killer and brings energy and physicality to every game, and he should be on the fourth line (after his injury, of course). He's overpaid, but if he's on the roster and he's healthy, there's no reason for him not to play. J.T. Miller should be at wing, not center. I don't think they want Cirelli on the fourth line, as that would limit his minutes and he's a young forward who needs to develop. Also, your second line is better than your top line. I think the trade is pretty good (although it may need some tweaking since Yzerman definitely doesn't want to move Katchouk), but the roster needs to be fixed a little bit.
