      I honestly think this playoff exist will be the deciding factor. All that work to be bounced early. They need a LOT more to win a cup. If he doesn't have the drive and there is no chance at a cup why come back?

      Also not sure that group of D men fix our problem.

      Riley I think gets more...also be careful when you put the mule on IR. It will save you cap space. I don't think he plays another NHL game either.

      Ya, I wasnt sure why we weren't getting the cap relief from Franzen on here. How else do you place on LTIR and get the relief?

      Edited...had Franzen on LTIR incorrectly, which makes a huge difference. Can now add a guy like Hamhuis instead of Ehroff. That D is definitely more able.

      Might want to revisit that Eberle deal. He is a top line winger.
