I think you're either underrating Tippett or overrating Spooner. Spooner probably is worth about a 2nd round pick right now, and personally, I'd place higher value on Tippett than I would Spooner, making that trade very lopsided. I'd love to have Tippett though.

With Montreal being most likely a lottery team again this year, I don't think a 1st and a decent prospect for Hayes is fair for them either.

I think you MIGHT be able to squeak out a little more value for Zucc, but I think in general it's pretty fair.

Montreal is also like two moves from rebuild city, Hayes is much more likely to go to a contender where a 1st and a high level prospect would make much more sense.
