No shot anyone takes on Moulsons contact. We paid him 5M to play for LA's AHL team last year... not even our own AHL team.

we did that as a favor to him. he has family near that team. he also is only owed 2 million dollars after july 1, so his contract isnt bad, especially if we retain half of it. i think a team like ottawa takes him tho, to get to the floor, not a team looking to compete

Exactly, and if JT signs with the sharks and they can get moulson for cheap I've read they are close from their time on the Island. That's why I chose them. This trade doesn't really effect the team tho that's why I put it as a 7th round.

I understand that. Act like that trade didn't happen. Nothing changes. Put moulson on a team like the sharks and he might surprise you tho.
