This team looks terrible, no defense, all offence? sounds like another team tavares was on (without andersen). This is the problem with signing tavares, leafs arent gunna have a defensive core

It's funny how people complain that Leafs management must preach patience and develop within. Yet the second that an offensive juggernaut line up is put together the only thing I hear is "you don't have a good defence". Well, how the hell are you supposed to see what you have unless you push your top d-prospects into those roles? Also, if your preaching patience then 2020-21 would yield more then enough free cap space (per Marleau's departure) to bring on a decent d-man without sacrficing your core lineup.
