Heiskanen is one of the top prospects not playing in the NHL, Moore played top 4 minutes for a playoff team.
Klingberg was one of the top scorers in the league , Lindell and Johns are solid.

Don't necessarily agree with many of the trades, but you're wrong about just about everything you said. Kovalchuk has already said he's looking for a deal around $4M. No chance at all that he makes more than $7M. Janmark has an injury history and isn't going to make much more than $3.5M. He'll likely get a 2-year bridge deal like just about all of our RFA's. Seeing as Moore is no longer in the mock team, I can't tell how much he was signed for.

And Dallas has the weakest defense in the west??? I'm not sure what Dallas team you were watching. Lol. Statistically, Dallas had the 7th best defense in the NHL last season. What they lose in Pateryn and Hamhuis, they more than make up for in Heiskanen and Honka. Sure they lose some veteran presence back there, but they gain some insane puck moving ability from two young defensemen.
