scherbak hasnt produced in a single nhl season yet you are going after jankowski who had a solid rookie season and a top prospect. Those 2 seconds will not help this deal maybe you might get one of them not both.

now that is a good deal for calgary pacciorettys value is in a weird spot atm because his last season he had horrid numbers but that deal would be fair and fit calgarys needs of a top 6 forward but the 2nd makes the deal a favorable one for calgary. I am a nyr fan so i am coming only from a analytical view.

That deal would be predicated on Patch signing a long term extension, and even then, I don't know. Valimaki looks really good.
