Option 2 is better, but not by a lot. These players will most likely not fetch the return you propose. I think you have addressed the players that need to be traded, but the return should be less (but I still think dumping some of these players would be worth the lesser return).

If that's an offer sheet? No way Winnipeg doesn't match that for Trouba. If it's just picks for Trouba that's not enough. And i don't see Trouba having interest in Buffalo.
