Lucic contract is even worse then Abdelkaders, Would love to have Klefbom but no way Edmonton does this deal.

Lucic and Abby are both signed for 5 more years and are both terrible contracts. But I think Abby is a little better right now. Lucic is a lot tougher which the Wings need. The Wings take the deal to get Klefbom. Oilers do it to get faster and much better on offense. AA and Nyquist are big additions. They hope Sekera can get back to playing 100 percent. And the other young dman play better.

Wings say no ...Abby is a leader in the room..& they're not just trading contracts & losing his leadership.. Taking on lucic contract in ANY form requires a 1st rd pick to wings.. Wings would scrap that before the trade call inquiry was finished..0 stars for that part of posting

I definitely like Hopkins and the two seconds. Ty was picked off of waiver 3 times in 2017 I do not see much trade value in him. Buffalo has about 4 Jack Kassians (Larsson, Girgensons, Nolan, Wilson) I do not think they need another. IMO that leaves the trade a little on the light side, Edmonton would need to add something better than Rattie and Kassian
