Two undrafted forwards, only one of them D and not likely to go anywhere with that (at least when they would need him), Rubstov who may or may not ever be anything, and Wayne Simmonds. Don't get me wrong, I love Wayne Simmonds. But you can't expect to offer these guys up, regardless of picks, for someone like Jonathan Toews. Regardless of what's happened to him lately. Plus I'm sure Toews just waves his contract and says "get bent."

Toews is not getting traded. He completely changed the course of the franchise and they value him way too highly for a lot of reasons. Because of the way they value him, they would never consider trading him unless it was for an absolute no brainer slam dunk and that trade you suggested is the complete opposite.
