not at all, even before Halls MVP caliber season this year, that trade was horrendous. never once made Larsson more valuable than Hall, maybe re read what i wrote, just saying that the Hall/Larsson trade was obviously a **** trade on Chirellis end, and then going and trading your #2 dman for some unproven prospects would basically end his GM career.

1. Edmonton not going make that trade. Cost of a top 4 D is going to be WAY higher.
2. JVR is going to be looking for term - 6years perhaps.
3. What's Picard done to earn $3M? And then be traded? The higher salary makes him LESS valuable in the trade.
4. Do we really want Bozak back? Good at faceoffs but not much else.

Agree with all but for Bozak, unless we can find a solid #3 Center on free agency do we have any other choice? I don't think he will ask for 4 and I don't think we should give him more than 3 but we might have to retain him for at least a year. good face off men are tough to find, and if he can bounce back an put up 40 points again awesome.
