IMO Galchenyuk > Faulk so Byron and the 2nd
On the other hand take out O'Reilly and Pacioretty I think that is a pretty close trade for Scandella. 2nd, 7th defenseman (Buffalo has about 6 of them), a free agent who at 26 has played 94 games with 14 goals and 6a/7b defense man (as I said Buffalo have a lot of those). IMO Botterill will exchange pleasantries with Bergevin then so no thank you. BTW I would think one would need to add to Pacioretty to get O'Reilly.

Although I agree that Galchenyuk has equal value to Faulk many don’t see it that way so I was trying to be fair... I like this scenario because it 100% fixes Montreal’s problems on D and if they wanted to they could call up a winger or sign a cheaper winger and free up cap space instead of signing Perron
