If it increases by 5 mil then you've just maybe signed either of Rantanen or Zadorov. Won't be enough to even bridge Compher & Kerfoot.

Hornqvist is an illogical signing for a team that is still rebuilding. He'll be 32 by that point. Green the same at 33. Also no way you'd be able to give all of those players the ice time.
