Regarding OTT and PHI, there is zero chance that PHI will want absorb that kind of cap dump long term. The 2nd round pick means next to nothing compared to the numbers. They will look at other options to shed cap space and add/promote cheaper forwards.
2018-2019: Flyers save 1.45 on cap (PHI 14.3- OTT 12.85 = +1.45)
2019-2020: Flyers add 5.35 to cap (PHI 5.0 - OTT 10.31 = -5.35)
2020-2021, 2021-2022: Flyers add 7.25 to cap
