"WPG gets someone to fill in for Trouba" Issue is Cole could never fill Trouba's spot. Sure he could be a body in that position but so can any of WPG other #5 #6 dmen.

Didn't Cole play top 4 minutes for 2 Stanley cup runs? He may not play on the pp but thats not a bad track record.

Cole played bottom pairing minutes #1 and #2 we aren't trading Sprong for a winger.

Cole played almost 19 min/game last playoffs. Perreault has played multiple seasons at center and put up good numbers.

Doesn't make sense for the Pens to give up young, cheap Sprong in exchange for a guy making $4.125 for 4 years still. The money doesn't work long term.
