Think that package is realistic and fair and OTT should just tear it down and rebuild around their young up-coming core of Chabot, White, and Brown and hope to god they win the lottery this year! If not they can at least get another 1st in a Hoffman deal, and this Karlsson deal and have 3 1sts this year in a very deep draft to really jump start this process.

Don't forget Chpilak, Formenton, Batherson, all good pieces to build around , and good trade chips if need be

Not enough for a top 5 player if you ask me. I a also don't think they should trade him at all.
