Not sure why the '19 1st wouldn't hold weight. Given current standings 2018 pick would be very late in the round in a draft year where there's really not a ton of depth. If Caps and especially Ovi drop off after another playoff loss, that pick would be higher in a similarly estimated draft class. Just $0.02 cents on that.
