Bozak not resigning in Toronto but a #2/3 C gonna demand more then 3.6M on the open market. If he will willing to sign a contract that low not gonna be in Buffalo. Think he would cut it down a few 100K less and sign with his buddy Kessel in Pittsburgh. Most likely see him landing back in Calgary with Burke or going back to Denver and his college days and signing with the Avs

Other penalty killers can be found, much more worried about opening up roster spots for guys coming up, Botterill has nothing invested in those two.

Currently playing at 4.2M having not a great start but even at this pace his is valued at 4M. But next year market at C is not great after Tavares. You have 38 year old Thorton, Stasney(31), Plekanec(35). Others noteables will most likely be resigned. Just out of panic someone that missed on Tavares that needs a C is going to pay Bozak can see him getting in the 5M range and thats if he doesn't catch fire the rest of the season
