Nyquist is another to-be-UFA, who will be 30 at the start of the 2019-20 year. Thus, he is a little old for the resigning with big term, but still will have 3-4 good years before a predicted decline.
He is a solid 20-20 guy consistently on a pretty poor team with minimal offensive firepower. he can play all positions, and would clearly fit nicely in the top 9. He's not a major difference maker, but give his production, his cap hit, and the Wings' issues, his price would be low. A prospect and mid-round pick could do it.
